In addition to Hjulsbro IK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hjulsbro IK could be found in Group A together with Ekängens IF P10/11, Huddinge IBS 1 and Vallentuna Ungdom IBK VIBK P.10.

Hjulsbro IK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Väsby AIK Grön with 5-6. In the Final, Huddinge IBS 2 won over Jemtland Innebandy U P-10 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd D (2010).
