In addition to the two Huddinge IBS teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Huddinge IBS 2 could be found in Group B together with Ledbergs IBF P11/12, Jönköpings IK 1 and Floda IBK 09/10.
Huddinge IBS 2 made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Jemtland Innebandy U P-10, which they won with 7-2.
