In addition to the two Huddinge IBS teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Huddinge IBS 1 could be found in Group A together with Ekängens IF P10/11, Hjulsbro IK and Vallentuna Ungdom IBK VIBK P.10.

Huddinge IBS 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Jemtland Innebandy U P-10 with 2-5. In the Final, Huddinge IBS 2 won over Jemtland Innebandy U P-10 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd D (2010).
