In addition to the three Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (2009). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P09-10 Hagby Södra could be found in Group A together with Rimforsa IF P09, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:90 Vit, KFUM Jönköping Vit 08/09 and Vaksala SK P09.
Linköping IBK Ungdom P09-10 Hagby Södra continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:88 with 4-5. In the Final, Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:88 won over KFUM Jönköping Vit 08/09 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (2009). Linköping IBK Ungdom also participated in Pojkar Röd C (2009) during Föreningspizzan Cup 2023.
