In addition to the three Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 5 other teams played in Herrjunior/Röd A. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 could be found in Group B together with Linköping IBK Ungdom P08:88, Jönköpings IK Utveckling and Skälby/Tillberga Västerås.

Linköping IBK Ungdom U16 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hagfors IBS P08 with 2-3. In the Final, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:90 Svart won over Hagfors IBS P08 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Herrjunior/Röd A.
