Ekängens IF is one of 38 clubs from Sweden that will have teams playing during Föreningspizzan Cup 2024.
In addition to this, Ekängens IF have participated in Föreningspizzan Cup before. During Föreningspizzan Cup 2023, Ekängens had two teams playing in Pojkar Blå B (2013) and Pojkar Röd D (2010) respectively. The team in Pojkar Röd D (2010) made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Jönköpings IK 2 by 1-2. Ekängens comes from Linköping which lies approximately 6 km from Linköping, where Föreningspizzan Cup takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Föreningspizzan Cup 2024 (Vidingsjö Moif, Ledberg IBF, IBF Linköping, Linköping IBK Ungdom, IBK Åtvidaberg, Bergs IK, Rimforsa IF and Hjulsbro IK). |
