In addition to ÖSK Ungdom, 9 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C (2009). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof ÖSK Ungdom could be found in Group A together with FBI Tullinge Ungdomsklubb, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09/10 Hagby Södra, Linköping IBK Ungdom P09:90 1 and Fagerhult Habo IB.

ÖSK Ungdom made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Åkersberga IBF Ungdom P09, which they won with 7-1. Thereby ÖSK Ungdom won the entire Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd C (2009) during Föreningspizzan Cup 2023.
