In addition to ÖSK Ungdom, 7 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (2008). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof ÖSK Ungdom could be found in Group B together with Nacka Innebandyklubb 2, Telge Skridsko & IBK and Skoghalls ibk 2.

ÖSK Ungdom continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Nacka Innebandyklubb 1 with 1-2. In the Final, IBF Tranås P07/08 won over Nacka Innebandyklubb 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd B (2008).
