In addition to the two Väsby AIK teams, 14 other teams played in Pojkar Röd D (2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Väsby AIK Blå could be found in Group D together with Vidingsjö Moif, IBK Åtvidaberg and Värnamo IK.

Väsby AIK Blå continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge IBS 2 with 4-9. In the Final, Huddinge IBS 2 won over Jemtland Innebandy U P-10 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd D (2010).
