In addition to the four Linköping IBK Ungdom teams, 5 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C/D. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Linköping IBK Ungdom P06 could be found in Group B together with IBK Bergum 1, Linköping IBK Ungdom P07:77 vit, Katrineholms Ibf and GS86 P07.

Linköping IBK Ungdom P06 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Bergum 1 with 2-3. In the Final, IBK Bergum 1 won over GS86 P07 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd C/D.
