In addition to the two ÖSK Ungdom teams, 6 other teams played in Pojkar Röd C (2006-2007). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof ÖSK Ungdom 1 could be found in Group A together with Linköping IBK Ungdom Utveckling Vit, Gnosjö IBK and Linköping IBK Ungdom P06 Svart.

ÖSK Ungdom 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hjulsbro IK with 3-6. In the Final, Hjulsbro IK won over ÖSK Ungdom 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar Röd C (2006-2007).
